Why It Was an Easy Decision
Early on, we had to decide whether we wanted to manufacturer our rings overseas, or make them here in the USA. The decision was easy, and all Do Amore rings are proudly manufactured in the United States. There are many reasons for this, but here are the three main ones:
Product Quality
Engagement and wedding rings are once-in-a-lifetime purchases and should be of the highest quality. Manufacturing our rings in the USA helps us achieve this.
Strict Labor Laws
Many foreign labor standards allow for unsafe worker conditions in countries. When you buy American products, you are directly supporting American workers, safe working conditions, and child labor laws.
Environment
US manufacturing processes are much cleaner for the environment than many other countries; many brands sold here are produced in countries using dangerous, heavily polluting processes. When you purchase an American-made ring (from a company that uses at least 80% recycled precious metals), you know that you’re helping to keep the world a little cleaner.
